Fiona Kwok

Consultant, Author, and Psychic Medium in Petaling Jaya

About Me

🌏 Multifaceted. Multilingual. Meaningful. Transformative.

✨ Hi, my current legal name is Jolin Kwok but I go by Fiona η‘žηŽŸ 。

I am a Malaysian-born creative strategist, intuitive consultant (as a natural-born psychic medium), and human-centred communicator with a multidisciplinary background spanning storytelling, branding, psychology, customer insight, metaphysical consultation, and ultimately the arts.

Like the phoenix πŸ¦β€πŸ”₯ , my work is rooted in transformation β€” helping people reconnect with clarity, courage, purpose, and authentic self-expression.

Whether I am consulting on a creative project, offering intuitive guidance, decoding human behaviour, or helping people and brands find their voice, I bring emotional intelligence, strategic insight, and soulful presence into everything I do.

πŸͺ½ I believe true transformation happens when psychology, intuition, communication, and creativity meet.

πŸ—£οΈ I speak human fluently β€” in English, Mandarin, and a few other tongues.

πŸ“ I write with purpose, read with intuition, and show up with a big heart (plus a bit of sass).

πŸͺž I see patterns quickly and deeply, communicate frankly and earnestly, and hold space with both empathy and discernment.

πŸ’‘ My Key Strengths:
β€’ Emotional resonance & people decoding
β€’ Conversion psychology & audience insight
β€’ Big-picture vision with intuitive precision
β€’ Making people feel seen, understood, and empowered (while laughing in resonance πŸ™ƒ)

❀️‍πŸ”₯ What I Do (In No Particular Order):
β€’ Creative strategy & brand storytelling
β€’ Human-centred communication & customer insight
β€’ Intuitive consultations & transformative readings
β€’ Psychological reflection & emotional clarity work
β€’ Creative collaborations, events & experiential projects
β€’ Art, writing, performance & metaphysical exploration

πŸ’— What I Value:
Truth. Beauty. Boundaries. Integrity. Resonance. Humo[u]r. Healing. Transformation.

πŸ¦β€πŸ”₯ Ultimately, I am deeply inspired by the symbolism of the phoenix:
rebirth, resilience, wisdom, and rising again and again β€” stronger, softer, and more self-aware each time.

The first thing that struck me about Jolin's reading was her ability to connect spiritually, which to me, was quite refreshing. The manner she goes into the deeper meaning of life and interprets them to reflect on the individual and their star signs and personality made me understand myself in a deeper sense. While she is frank about things, the manner in which she delivers them makes it easy for the receiver to receive them and work on them!

She’s a multi-talented professional with a great eye for details. And a wonderful person with a heart of gold.
Steve Chua, Creative Lead
For her first stab at screenwriting, Jolin was sharp, detailed, and willing to adjust the story arc to the channel’s desires β€” without compromising our core message. I am proud that we created a telefilm that got every crew and talents invested, as well as audiences reacting and discussing about the underlining message on social media. I could not have created a better story with anyone else other than Jolin. She will always be a risk worth taking.
